Due to the nature of travel services (hotel stays, flights, tours, and transport tickets), bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective hotel, airline, or service provider.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Type of booking

  • Cancellation timing

  • Fare rules

  • Hotel or airline policy


2. Hotel Booking Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation: Available only if stated at the time of booking.

  • Non-Refundable Rates: Discounted or promotional bookings may not qualify for refunds.

3. Flight & Ticket Cancellations

Flight refunds are subject to airline fare rules:
